Form Approved OMB No. 0920-0010 Exp. Date: 01/31/2017 Medical Records Reviewers Burden Medical records will be reviewed for medical conditions that affect approximately one fifth of the participants. It is expected that medical record reviewers will take approximately 30 minutes to identify, pull and send the requested records to the local study Centers. The anticipated maximum burden for medical record is 193 hours ($ 1,930 per year). Public reporting burden of this collection of information is estimated to average 30 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and transmitting the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
