Prompting Call Telephone Script
Hi, my name is [NAME] from the RAND Corporation. I’m calling on behalf of CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). NIOSH has contracted RAND to study how organizations are using NIOSH information to influence occupation safety and health specifically for nanotechnology related research in terms of their relevance and impact of worker safety and health.
We recently sent you a survey about your familiarity with NIOSH products, how engineered nanomaterials are used at your organization, and information related to occupational safety and health regarding engineered nanomaterials.
We are hoping that you might participate in this important research project. If you did not receive a copy of the survey, I can send you a link to the survey over email or mail you a new copy.
IF ASKED: The survey is voluntary and will take about 20 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be used for research purposes only, and will not be shared in any way that would identify you or your organization. We will keep the information you provide private and secure to the extent permitted by law.
