(OMB # 0925-0361, Expiration Date 08/31/2019)

NIH is requesting non-substantive changes to the National Institutes of Health Loan Repayment Programs information collection approved under 0925-0361 which does not change the approved data collection or anticipated burden hours. These changes will be incorporated into the LRP Online Application System to minimize any additional burden to respondents. The goals of these changes are to improve the user’s experience (e.g., electronic signatures) and reduce instances of user error (e.g., typo in email address, upload of incorrect files).
