The Bureau of Land Management collects information to determine payments and monitor and verify road use authorizations over public lands in western Oregon, including the Revested Oregon and California (O&C.) Railroad Grant Lands and Reconveyed Coos Bay Wagon Roads.
The following adjustments are due to the BLMâs recent experience with this collection of information:
⢠An increase of 816 in estimated annual responses, from 272 to 1,088; and
⢠An increase of 6,528 in estimated annual hour burdens, from 2,176 to 8,704
The only program changes would be the following revisions of Form OR-2812-6 to improve the formâs clarity:
1. The BLM proposes to add a comment section so that respondents would not have to put comments on a separate page.
2. The BLM also proposes to add a column for âoperatorâ maintenance, so that respondents would not have to include this information on a separate page.
These requested revisions of Form OR-2812-6 would not affect the estimated hour or cost burden.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
