Science Advisory Committee. The
meeting will be held for the purpose of
soliciting, from the scientific
community and other persons, scientific
and technical information relevant to
program planning.

attending this meeting will be required
to provide a copy of their passport and
visa in addition to providing the
following information no less than 10
days prior to the meeting: Full name;
gender; date/place of birth; citizenship;
passport information (number, country,
telephone); visa information (number,
type, expiration date); employer/
affiliation information (name of
institution, address, country,
telephone); title/position of attendee. To
expedite admittance, U.S. citizens and

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) has recently
submitted a renewal of an existing
collection of information to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review. The information collection is
entitled, ‘‘NRC Form 237, Request for
Access Authorization.’’
DATES: Submit comments by October 10,
2019. Comments received after this date
will be considered if it is practical to do
so, but the Commission is able to ensure
consideration only for comments
received on or before this date.

Under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44

The NRC hereby informs potential
respondents that an agency may not
conduct or sponsor, and that a person is
not required to respond to, a collection
of information unless it displays a
currently valid OMB control number.
The NRC published a Federal
Register notice with a 60-day comment
period on this information collection on
May 16, 2019 (84 FR 22172).

Pursuant to the Atomic
Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the
Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is publishing this
regular biweekly notice. The Act
requires the Commission to publish
notice of any amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued, and grants the
Commission the authority to issue and
make immediately effective any
amendment to an operating license or
combined license, as applicable, upon a
determination by the Commission that
such amendment involves no significant
hazards consideration, notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
notices of amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued, from August 13,
2019 to August 26, 2019. The last
biweekly notice was published on
August 29, 2019.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
October 10, 2019. A request for a
hearing must be filed by November 12,
2019.
