Attachment 10: 60-day Federal Register Notice Response to Comments
CDC published a 60-day Notice in the Federal Register on July 25, 2019, Vol. 84, No. 143, pages 35863-35864 (see Attachment 9). Only one public comment was received on 8/08/2019 and posted on 8/13/2019. The comment recommended that all information should be made public immediately. CDC determined that the comment was not substantive to require a formal response as the evaluation plan is publicly available via this Federal Register Notice.
