Once again, it is time to collect information for the Health Insurance Cost Study, the
insurance component of the 2017 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey. In an effort to
reduce paper, we are offering you the early option of completing the survey online. If
you complete and submit your data within the next 14 days, you will not receive
a paper survey packet in the mail.

If you need hard copies of the survey to use as a rough draft for yourself, you can go to
