According to the Paperwork Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such
collection displays a valid 0MB Control Number. The valid 0MB control number for this information collection is 2132-0577.
Public reporting burden (application and reporting hours) for this collection is estimated to total 13,217 hours; including
gathering, preparing, and submitting information to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The obligation to respond to
this collection is required to obtain or retain benefit under the State of Good Repair Program (49 USC 5337). Any comments
on the amount of time required to submit the information being collected and/or suggestion for reducing the burden of
