INVITATION, BID, AND ACCEPTANCE

SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE UNITED STATES

This form is used by the Agency to sell inventory property by sealed bid.

Submit the original of the completed form in hard copy or facsimile to the appropriate USDA servicing office. Customers who have established electronic access credentials with USDA may electronically transmit this form to the USDA servicing office, provided that the customer submitting the form is the only person required to sign the transaction.

Features for transmitting the form electronically are available to those customers with access credentials only. If you would like to establish online access credentials with USDA, follow the instructions provided at the USDA eForms web site.

FSA completes Part A.

Prospective bidder completes Part B and reviews Part D.

Part A – For FSA use only.

Part B – Bid – all items are completed by prospective bidder.

	2 Amount of bid deposit		Enter the amount of the bid deposit.
	3 Date		Enter the date bid is made.
	4(a) Sum of		Enter the total bid amount in words.
	4(b) Bid Amount		Enter the total amount of bid in numbers
5 Payment Plan A		Enter check if Payment Plan A is selected.
6 Signature		Enter bidder’s signature.
7 Payment Plan B		Enter check if Payment Plan B is selected.
7(a) Downpayment		Enter the percent of downpayment, in numbers.
7(b) Monthly installments		Enter the number of monthly installments.
7(c) Annual installments		Enter the number of annual installments.
8 Signature		Enter the bidder’s signature.

Part C is for FSA use only.

Part D – Conditions and Instructions – Bidder reviews all items
