This supporting statement is being
filed in connection with a final rule issued by the OCC, the Board
of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), and the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) (collectively, “the
agencies”). The final rule requires depository institution
subsidiaries of certain U.S. intermediate holding companies of
foreign banking organizations to calculate a Liquidity Coverage
Ratio.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
