revision, extension, or reinstatement request, VA shall analyze the
forms in this collection and identify any forms that may not be
covered by the Paperwork Reduction Act because they are
certifications that may not meet the definition of "information"
under 5 CFR 1320.3(h). VA should also review these forms to
identify and correct typographical errors.

The prior IC's burden hours
