In response to comment noting that the time period in
the attestation corresponded to the time period for
contracts terminated by CMS, which was not one of the
termination/nonrenewal provisions cited in the
attestation. The omission of the termination/nonrenewal
provisions associated with the 38 month timeline was an
error and has been corrected.
NOTE 1: Nothing in the technical changes table increases burden on the applicant.
