Office of Management and Budget: Form EOIR-56 (List of Pro
Bono Legal Service Providers for Individuals in Immigration
Proceedings)

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the List of Pro Bono Legal
Service Providers for Individuals in Immigration Proceedings, Form EOIR-56, OMB #11250015, as required for certification and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The
purpose of the Form EOIR-56 is to allow organizations, private attorneys, and referral services to
seek to be included on the List of Pro Bono Service Providers provided to individuals in removal
proceedings or who seek asylum. This change request is sought to replace the paper form with
an electronic filing method.
