CMS Generated Reporting of State Form CMS-416 Using T-MSIS -- In an effort to reduce state reporting burden, CMS has developed the capacity to generate state-specific Form CMS-416 reports using state-reported data to CMS via the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS). This option is available only to states that are current with T-MSIS data submissions and pass T-MSIS benchmarks for data quality and completeness.
