estimated to average 8 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the
data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
Include:
· Baled lint upland and extra long cotton staple (ELS) on hand for which no electronic warehouse receipts issued by a
provider are active as of midnight on Saturday, July 27, 2019
· Include any cotton stored in shipping containers.
· For cotton merchant companies and marketing cooperatives, include only cotton in storage facilities owned and
operated by your company.
Exclude:
· Cotton in transit or on board ships
· Cotton lint at spinning mills or storage facilities at ports.
· Loose cotton, linters, and motes.
· Cotton which has been reported to USDA's Farm Services agency in the most recent Bales Made Available for
Shipment (BMAS) report.
· For cotton merchant companies and marketing cooperatives, exclude cotton you own that is stored at warehouses or
storage facilities not owned or managed by your organizations.
