Why am I being asked for this?
We collect gender, ethnicity, race,
birth date, and birth location to form a
demographic profile of the applicant
pool. We provide this information to
reviewers only when summarizing the
entire group of applicants. Questions
offering Prefer Not to Respond options
are voluntary and selecting these
options bear no impact on the
submitted application during the
review process.

Who qualifies as Hispanic or Latino?
A person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto
Rican, South or Central American, or
other Spanish culture or origin,
regardless of race.
