We have been trying to reach you for an important survey sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). The Survey of SNAP and Work will help states understand the needs of people who receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), known as [PROGRAM NAME in STATE].
