Before you take part in the plug-in electric vehicle event, we would like to ask you about your views
of plug-in electric vehicles.
Your feedback can help with future efforts and is extremely valuable.
Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 10 minutes per response (30 minutes total), including the time for reviewing
instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Send

Informational Note: Plug-in electric vehicles can be charged by being plugged into a household type
outlet or specially designed charging equipment. These can be defined as plug-in hybrid or pure electric
vehicles. Hybrids that cannot be plugged in are not included in this definition.
A plug-in hybrid electric vehicle can be powered by either the battery or the gasoline engine. Apure
electric vehicle is powered only by the battery.
