This report must be submitted annually by refiners and importers of reformulated gasoline and RBOB.
Identify the RFG areas that each facility supplied averaged RFG or RBOB to for the compliance year. A
separate report must be submitted for each refinery, while imports must be aggregated and reported as a
single import facility. This report is due with fourth quarter submissions.
