Under CFR §80.75(f), refiners, importers and oxygenate blenders who produce or import reformulated
gasoline meeting the oxygen content standard on average must file a report for such averaged
reformulated gasoline to EPA no later than the last day of February immediately following each averaging
period in which such averaged reformulated gasoline is produced or imported. A report must be submitted
for each refinery and oxygenate blending facility, and for importers, each importer's total imports. This
form should be filed only when reformulated gasoline has been produced or imported.
