Abstract: Certain local exchange carriers are required annually to submit Tariff Review Plan in partial fulfillment of cost support material required by 47 CFR Part 61. The information used by FCC and the public to determine the justness and reasonableness of rates, terms and conditions in tariffs as required by the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

Short Statement: The Commission notes the following update since the previous submission: We have removed the one-time tariff filing requirement necessitated by the Business Data Services Order, which resulted in a program change to: - The total annual responses, which have decreased from 4,165 to 4,152 (-13); - The total annual burden, which has decreased from 60,878 to 60,722 (-156). No adjustments are being reported in this submission to OMB.
