I wanted to follow-up on the FAST-41 Ini a on Form, and let you know that we received confirma on from Richard
Speidel that this collec on will not need a Systems of Record No ce (SORN) or a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA).

Please let us know if you need anything else to move this forward, and when we can expect this to be published in
the Federal Register.

It was very nice to meet you this afternoon and thank you for providing additional details of how your office
processes/handles information submitted pursuant to Title 41 of the FAST Act (FAST-41) (42 U.S.C. § 4370m).

As we discussed, because your office is not collecting, retrieving or disseminating PII, you are not required to complete
either a System of Record Notice (SORN) or a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA). Nonetheless, please add to your
instructions that submitted information will be made public and that providing incomplete/inaccurate information may
delay or prevent inclusion in the program (or something to that extent).

When you get payments up and running, please include a summary of how you will secure credit card/payment
information (i.e. encrypting it in transit and at rest, access controls, etc.). That info should be available from the provider
of the payment service.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this analysis or guidance.
