Free and low-cost legal services. Each Part C LA in FFY 2006 received an average of approximately XX complaints. In FFY 2005, 15 LAs or 27% of States adopted Part B due process procedures for Part C and thus would have had to provide parents with this list of free and low cost services. The data burden is expected to require an average of 30 minutes per hearing request to inform parents of the availability of low-cost legal services. |
