SBA is amending the information collection approved under OMB Control Number 3245-0407 by revising the questions on SBA Form 2483 and Form 2484 related to whether an applicant for a Paycheck Protection Program loan, or a 20% or more owner of the equity of the applicant, is subject to any pending criminal charges or has a criminal history. The revisions do not impact the currently reported burdens for this information collection.
