Attachment 2: Email invitation to complete feedback survey

Dear NS2G Learning Community Participants,

Thank you for attending the learning community session and helping us to learn from one another. To ensure that these sessions continue to be useful for you and others, we are asking for your participation in a feedback survey on this session. By completing this survey, you can help us improve our approach to better support your program and to identify ways to support the broader two-generation field.

We know feedback surveys can be repetitive. Answering the same questions lets us look for patterns that might change over time. Luckily, the survey should take only about 10-15 minutes to complete!

Your thoughts and participation are important to us. This project is ongoing, so it’s important that we hear from you. We would like to hear what is working well, what can be improved, and what would be useful to discuss in future calls. We plan to send follow-up surveys after each of the learning community sessions. Each survey we send you, including this one, is voluntary.

Please complete the survey within a week of each call so we can use your feedback to make these sessions more useful for our community. Your survey answers will be kept private to the extent permitted by law and will inform policies to support two-generation programs.

We truly appreciate your participation and the time and effort you’ve given to help us learn more about two-generation programming.

Sincerely,

Emily Sama-Miller

Project Director
