The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service is soliciting comments on a 60-day Federal Register Notice, 85 FR 9453. I am reaching out to your organization to ensure you are aware of this notice and have the opportunity to provide comments.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This collection is a revision of a currently approved collection of information relating to the reporting and recordkeeping burden associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).

Comments can be submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal. The link can be accessed here and submitters can follow the online instructions for submitting comments electronically. Comments may also be sent to: Lisa Southworth, Food and Nutrition Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, 1320 Braddock Place, Drive, Room 328, Alexandria, VA 22314.
