Here explain/describe the changes to HUD-90030-ORCF form to OMB:
Updated contact email address from [email protected] to [email protected] which did not exist at
the time of the original PRA review. Also provided language which clarifies the contact procedure information
when Tribal notification is required during ground disturbance. No additional burden hours or requirements are
affected by this change.
