The U.S. Department of Agriculture
(USDA) is implementing a second round of the Coronavirus Food
Assistance Program (CFAP 2.0) for producers of agricultural
commodities marketed in 2020 who face continuing market
disruptions, low farm-level prices, and significant marketing
costs. These additional significant marketing costs are associated
with declines in demand, surplus production, or disruptions to
shipping patterns and the orderly marketing of
commodities.
