Capacity Building Assistance

Provide technical assistance to LEA funded for C2 to strengthen SHE instructional programs and delivery, consistent with needs assessment results, through a tiered plan to build the capacity of those LEA that includes general technical assistance, specialized capacity building, and intensive program implementation support.
