In order to satisfy local and regional
needs and preferences, the Commission requires regional planning
committee made up of representatives from each public safety
community to draft and submit regional plans. The Commission will
use the information to assign licenses and may also use the
information to determine whether prospective licensees will operate
in compliance with the Commission Rules.
