Good Morning Danny,
After closely reviewing Supporting Statement A for Cross-Site Evaluation, I have determine that the Privacy Act does not
apply in this data collection. There will be no PII stored, collected, or transferred. All data received will be secondary
data that has already been de-identified. Can you please let Karen Angel of OMB know that the Privacy Act is no
applicable, so that she can move forward with the OMB package. Thanks in advance ☺
