The sorting and rating email in Exhibit A-3 will be sent to participating stakeholders after the Brainstorming phase has been completed. The email announces that the sorting and rating activities are now open and the date the activities will close. It will also contain a link to the concept mapping website as well as a user name and password.

For our first activity, we asked participants to help us by sharing their views on ways the National Domestic Violence Hotline can support family members and friends of victims/survivors. This time we would like you to help with related sorting and rating activities.

This is a voluntary collection of information.
