eligibility of applicants for certification as an accounting
authority, to monitor activity, to ensure compliance, and to
identify accounting authorities to the International
Telecommunications Union. Respondents are entities seeking
certification or those already certified to be accounting

OMB, there are adjustments/decreases to this information collection
due to a decrease in the number of Certified Accounting Authorities
and a change in use. Therefore, the total number of respondents
decreased from 19 to 10 (-9), the number of responses annually has
decreased from 59 to 22 (-37), the annual burden hours has
decreased from 79 to 24 (-55) and the total annual costs decreased
from $475,000 to $250,000 (-$225,000). There are no program changes
to this information collection.
