The requested modification if for the following:


    1. Changes to the Progress Measures for the Activity Objectives.


•••is requesting to reallocate grant fund outputs from the Activity Objective "Improve Manufacturing Links and Tools for CF" to all Activity Objectives as follows:

    1. Shape5 Extend the term of the agreement at no cost to June 2015. This will provide •••Ian opportunity to collect impact data for 1additional season, and allow 3 full years of

implementation from the date the monetization took place in June of 2012, increasing program impact.


The extension of the Agreement term will not require additional funding from the Commodity Credit Corporation.
