• requests a modification to its Cooperative Agreement No. •••••••dated September 22, 2011,and amended on April 17, 2012 and December 17, 2012.

The requested modification if for the following:

1. Changes to the Progress Measures for the Activity Objectives.

•••••is requesting to reallocate grant fund outputs from the Activity Objective "Improve Manufacturing Links and Tools for CF" to all Activity Objectives as follows:

Activity Objective	Amount	Purpose
Improve Maize, Pulse, and Soybean Production	$100,000	grants dispersed to financial service institutions serving DCs, POs, and/or participating farmers
Improve Maize, Pulse, and	$125,000	grants dispersed to bulking centers within DCs,
Soybean Marketing		POs, and/or participating farmers
Improve Manufacturing Links and Tools for CF	$75,000	grants dispersed to tool manufacturers, TSPs, lead farmers, or agro-input suppliers to further
		conservation farming business practices

Reallocation of Output Grant Funds does not require a budget modification.

2. Extend the term of the agreement at no cost to June 2015. This will provide ••••Ian opportunity to collect impact data for 1additional season, and allow 3 full years of

implementation from the date the monetization took place in June of 2012, increasing program impact.

The extension of the Agreement term will not require additional funding from the Commodity Credit Corporation.
