FIRST REMINDER EMAIL FROM RAND TO TARGET STAKEHOLDER SURVEY PARTICIPANTS

Dear Name of stakeholder,

A few days ago, we sent you an email asking you to participate in a survey of key stakeholders at all locations served by the CYB-MFLC program. The purpose of the survey is to identify your current needs and expectations for the program.

The survey takes 15 minutes to complete, and your answers will help MC&FP refine the program to meet the current and emerging needs of military children at your school.

Click this link to read the consent form and participate in the survey: link to survey

If the link is inactive, copy and paste the link to your web browser.

As you know, Military Community & Family Policy has contracted with the RAND Corporation to gather information about how CYB-MFLCs can meet the needs and expectations of their stakeholders. MC&FP would also like to identify where there are gaps in services and opportunities to better meet the diverse needs of military children in schools and Child and Youth Programs.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to discuss anything that you do not feel comfortable discussing with RAND. RAND will keep all information you provide on the survey confidential. The information you provide will be combined with that collected from other surveys and presented collectively in a report that RAND will present to MC&FP. RAND will not identify you by name or by your role and affiliation in any reporting on the study.

Thank you very much for your help with this important project.
