RECRUITMENT EMAIL FROM RAND TO TARGET STAKEHOLDER SURVEY PARTICIPANTS

A few days ago, Ms. Lee Kelley from the Department of Defense, Office of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) sent you an email asking for your support of our study of the Child and Youth Behavioral Military Family Life Counseling program (CYB-MFLC). As you know, Military Community & Family Policy has contracted with the RAND Corporation to gather information about how CYB-MFLCs can meet the needs and expectations of their stakeholders. MC&FP would also like to identify where there are gaps in services and opportunities to better meet the diverse needs of military children in schools and Child and Youth Programs.
We are conducting a survey of key stakeholders at all locations served by the CYB-MFLC program to identifying your current needs and expectations for the program. The survey takes 15 minutes to complete, and your answers will help MC&FP refine the program to meet the current and emerging needs of military children at your school.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to discuss anything that you do not feel comfortable discussing with RAND. RAND will keep all information you provide on the survey confidential. RAND will not identify you by name or by your role and affiliation in any reporting on the study.
