DATE: December 7, 2020
TO: Josh Brammer, OMB Desk Officer
FROM: Lisa Wright-Solomon, HRSA Information Collection Clearance Officer

Request: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requests approval for a non-substantive change to the burden inventory for the Voluntary Partner Surveys to Implement Executive Order 12862 information collection request (OMB No.: 0915-0212 expiration date 07/31/2021).
Purpose: HRSA is requesting that an additional 113 hours be added to the burden inventory of the 0915-0212 information collection request.
ROCIS has indicated that HRSA is unable to submit the next “child” customer satisfaction package under this umbrella clearance due to the lack of available burden hours.
Time Sensitivity: HRSA is requesting approval of this change memo as soon as possible. The agency is ready to submit the “Constituent Feedback to Oral Health Education Messages and Materials” child information collection request to OMB for review/approval, and the additional burden hours are needed to complete this task. This request is time sensitive given the contractor’s schedule.
Burden: The addition of 113 burden hours will not substantially increase the burden inventory for this information collection request which now stands at 5375 hours.
