Recently, I wrote to you asking for your participation in a study that 2M Research (2M) is conducting in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The study examines practices in urban and suburban communities regarding local regulations and their impact on the placement of factory-built homes. 2M is conducting interviews over the telephone with manufactures and dealers of factory-built housing; we have identified you and your company as a valuable source of information on this topic and would like to include you in the study. We expect these interviews to last approximately 45minutes, and the interviews will be scheduled for a day and time that is convenient for you.
