2021 April-August Bird and Egg In-Season Harvest Report, Kodiak Roaded Area

 Kodiak roaded area permit holders are required to participate in harvest

monitoring even if you did not harvest birds or eggs. During April-August, please
keep track of your harvest using the table below. Use the provided bird
identification guide to confirm bird species/kinds. In the first week of September,
mail this completed report. On the back side of this page, write your name and
address at the top, left corner. Postage is paid, no stamp is needed. Your
responses are confidential.
