The Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM) acknowledges and appreciates
the comment submitted by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) on the Notice on
Request for Comments on Extension of a Currently Approved Information Collection, OMB
Control Number: 0503-0011. The BioPreferred Program also appreciates BIO's longstanding
support for the Program and values the input that BIO has provided during the development and
implementation of the Program.
Regarding the comments, BIO's statements in support of the information collection and the burden
estimate are especially helpful. OPPM agrees that stakeholder input is essential to the success of
the BioPreferred Program and will meet with stakeholders to exchange ideas and information as
