T ITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: NLM NCBI 2018 Data Submission Survey


PURPOSE:

The goal of this National Library of Medicine (NLM) survey is to collect qualitative customer service delivery feedback from people who submit nucleotide sequence and related data to GenBank and related databases at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). The survey consists of a short list of questions about how the submission pages on the NCBI site, what they find useful and what changes and improvements would make the submission experience better for them. The information from this survey will be used to improve the submission process and submission-related web pages.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be individual visitors to the submission-related pages at the NCBI who voluntarily click on a popup invitation to take a survey. Visitors to the NCBI booth can elect to take a flyer that has a printed link to the online survey.
