TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION:

NLM 2018 UMLS User Satisfaction Survey


PURPOSE:

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) wishes to collect user feedback on the web usage of the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) and related terminology products and services, such as RxNorm, SNOMED CT, and the Value Set Authority Center (VSAC). Qualitative customer feedback obtained from this survey will help NLM to enhance and improve the design and operation of these important web-based products and services.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

The user survey respondents will be all UMLS licensees that choose to voluntarily provide feedback on their usage of the UMLS and related terminology products and services
