Email Invitation for Content Area Expert Interviews
Dear [INSERT TITLE AND LAST NAME],
On behalf of the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Office of Disease Prevention, we would like to invite you to provide feedback regarding your recent involvement in the Pathways to Prevention (P2P) workshop to inform an evaluation of the P2P program.
The evaluation of the P2P program is being conducted by Westat, a research organization hired by ODP. We are writing to request your participation in a telephone interview with a Westat staff member. Your participation in the interview is voluntary; however, we hope that you decide to accept our invitation as your input is critical to improving the P2P program.
The interview will last approximately 30 minutes and your comments will be aggregated with other respondent comments. Your name will not be disclosed in any report or summary that may result from the interview.
