Justification Statement – Non-substantive Change
VETS/USERRA/VP Form1010
VETS is requesting approval for a non-substantive change relating to the VETS/USERRA/VP Form1010 that are part of the currently approved information collection under OMB Control No. 1293-0002, in which due to a change in federal staffing locations, the address on the currently approved form is no longer valid. The change in address is required to enable VETS to continue to receive this form by mail when claimants are not able to complete the electronically available form.
