POST-ROADSHOW QUESTIONNAIRE
Thank you for agreeing to complete this questionnaire. This study is funded by the US
Department of Transportation. Each questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to
complete. Data collected from this questionnaire will be posted to the public VTTI Dataverse
website for other researchers to access.
By submitting the questionnaire, you are agreeing to participate in this research study to collect
opinions regarding ADS technologies from members of the trucking industry. Personal
information that may identify you will not be collected at any time. You may answer any of the
questions with the option ‘I prefer not to answer this question’ if you do not feel comfortable
answering. You may choose not to submit the questionnaire if you change your mind about
participating. If you have any questions, please see a member of the VTTI research team.
