The Commission needs to extend a currently approved collection to include providers of new CMRS networks in its compilation and maintenance of a list of counties and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) service areas for public safety awareness of areas where CMRS wireless carriers are unable to comply with requirements for location accuracy. The Commission also needs this information to ensure that the new CMRS providers and third party systems service providers, serving them, continue to transport confidence and uncertainty data for the location of wireless E911 calls to PSAPs on a per-call basis upon a PSAP's request.
