PURPOSE: This questionnaire is intended to be distributed to intramural scientist within NIEHS to assess the current status of the mechanical and electrical workshops and also to measure enthusiasm for replacing these workshops with a self-service ‘Makerspace’ or ‘Fabrication Lab’


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: This questionnaire is intended to be distributed to intramural scientist within NIEHS. Specifically, IRTA & Fellows, using the NIEHS Trainees Assembly (NTA) distribution email list.
