Short Statement: The number of respondents decreased from 302 to 300, and the number of responses decreased from 302 to 300. The burden hours have decreased from 152 to 75, which is a difference of 77. Due to COVID restrictions and thus limitations on facilities use for the public, there is slight decrease in overall use in the past 18 months. Due to a more automated process, the response time for applications was reduced from 30 min per application to 15 min per application.
