PROVISIONS
This Agreement incorporates the following:
1. Approved application and budget including any mutually agreed upon budget revisions and other changes and amendments thereto. 2. Agricultural
Marketing Service Grants Division General Award Terms and Conditions (August 2019) available at https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/
FY2019GDTermsandConditions.pdf. 3. 2 CFR Part 200, 2 CFR Part 400, and 7 CFR Part 1291. 4. If funds were not applied for and were reallocated, the
reallocated amount is reflected in block 16-Federal Agency Funding Amount. These funds must be expended on projects in the Approved application, and
amendments thereto. 5. Grant funds received under this award shall supplement the expenditure of State funds in support of specialty crops grown in that
State, rather than replace State funds. 6. Indirect costs are limited to eight (8) percent of the total Federal funds. 7. Awards are limited to 3 calendar years in
duration from the start date of the grant agreement.
