Response

  • This question first asks if they feel pressure to return onsite in general, in order to trigger the survey logic to determine if we need to learn more about what the source of the perceived pressure is. If the respondent answers either “Strongly agree, Somewhat agree, or Neither agree nor disagree”, then they will be further asked about the source of the reason (i.e., personal reason, supervisor, etc).

  • The “if Agree response above” will not be shown, but rather, it is illustrating the survey logic that will trigger the follow up question to display. The question was presented in this way in lieu of asking the question 3 times for each listed potential reason.
